ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following terms have the meaning given below:

Account
the personal space created by the User on the Rollo platform, allowing access to the Services.
User
any natural or legal person who creates an Account and uses Rollo Services.
Services
all services offered by Rollo, including international payments, payment link generation, Mobile Money transfers, and related features.
Transaction
any financial operation carried out through the Rollo platform.
Mobile Money
mobile payment services allowing fund transfers via mobile phone operators.

ARTICLE 2 - SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Rollo Technologies LLC ('Rollo', 'we', 'us') and any User of our Services.

By creating an Account or using our Services, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our Services.

ARTICLE 3 - ELIGIBILITY

To use Rollo Services, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • have full legal capacity;
  • not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions preventing you from using financial services;
  • provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Rollo reserves the right to refuse access to its Services to any person who does not meet these eligibility criteria.

ARTICLE 4 - ACCOUNT CREATION AND VERIFICATION

4.1 Registration

To access Rollo Services, you must create an Account by providing the required information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with applicable regulations, Rollo implements identity verification procedures (KYC). You must provide the requested documents and information to complete this verification.

Access to certain Services may be limited until verification is complete.

ARTICLE 5 - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Rollo offers the following Services:

5.1 International Payments

Rollo allows you to receive international payments from clients around the world through various payment methods.

5.2 Payment Links

You can create customized payment links to share with your clients for easy payment collection.

5.3 Mobile Money Transfers

You can transfer your funds directly to your Mobile Money account with supported operators.

ARTICLE 6 - FEES AND PRICING

The use of Rollo Services is subject to fees as detailed in our pricing schedule available on the platform.

Fees are deducted automatically from transactions. Rollo reserves the right to modify its fees with prior notice to Users.

ARTICLE 7 - USER OBLIGATIONS

As a User, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • use the Services only for lawful purposes;
  • not attempt to circumvent security measures;
  • not use the Services for money laundering or terrorism financing;
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • maintain the security of your Account credentials.

ARTICLE 8 - PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing;
  • illegal gambling or betting activities;
  • sale of prohibited or controlled substances;
  • activities violating intellectual property rights;
  • any activity that may harm Rollo's reputation or operations.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

ARTICLE 9 - TRANSACTION LIMITS

Rollo may impose limits on transactions based on your verification level, account history, and risk assessment.

These limits may be modified at any time. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.

ARTICLE 10 - SECURITY

Rollo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your Account and transactions. However, you are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials confidential;
  • using secure devices and networks;
  • reporting any suspicious activity immediately;
  • enabling recommended security features.

ARTICLE 11 - ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

11.1 Suspension by Rollo

Rollo may suspend your Account at any time if:

  • suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected;
  • you violate these Terms;
  • required by law or regulatory authorities;
  • for security reasons.

11.2 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Rollo may also close Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.

ARTICLE 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Rollo platform belong to Rollo Technologies LLC or its licensors.

You may not use, copy, or distribute any Rollo intellectual property without prior written authorization.

ARTICLE 13 - PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 14 - LIABILITY

14.1 Rollo's Liability

Rollo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14.2 Force Majeure

Rollo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

ARTICLE 15 - DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

For any complaints or disputes, please contact our customer support at contact@rollo.money.

We will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If no resolution is reached, you may seek mediation or arbitration.

ARTICLE 16 - MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Rollo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or platform notification.

Continued use of Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

ARTICLE 17 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where Rollo operates.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

ARTICLE 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
